About
Jamie

Jamie is a therapist and new mom who knows firsthand how life can feel both exciting and overwhelming when you’re moving through big transitions. Her own journey into motherhood—including the challenges of IVF—has deeply shaped the way she shows up for her clients, blending professional expertise with real-life understanding.

She works with women adjusting to motherhood, young professionals navigating career pressures and the ups and downs of dating, and individuals—both women and men—experiencing the emotional toll of fertility treatments. Because she has been through IVF herself, Jamie understands not only the medical process but also the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with it, for both partners.

Clients describe her approach as warm, down-to-earth, and deeply relatable. She creates a safe space where people can be honest about their struggles, find relief in being understood, and gain the tools to move forward with more confidence and self-compassion.

Whether someone is figuring out who they are in early adulthood, navigating modern dating, stepping into parenthood, or coping with fertility challenges, Jamie meets them where they are—with empathy, perspective, and support.
